Starting October,7/24 refills are missing on 3 prescriptions. Also, yesterday just picked up prescription, on pharmacy label there are 2 refills but in mobile application there is none. I reached to Rite Aid customer service and the only solution they offered is to delete my account and make up new one. This is not supposed to be happening. Also, I tried to delete my account myself in mobile application but there was no option. I hate hanging on the phone dealing with clueless employees. How do I resolve my issue: fix missing refills or delete my account and make up new one without CS’s help??? Alla Zilberman
Update: I found how to delete my account and deleted. However, it didn’t resolve issues: my available refills are still missing. How do I fix the problems?
PS. Today 11/14/24 and I can’t create account not sign in ( not sure if it was deleted!?). Terrible. It gives errors. Alla Zilberman
