Rite Aid Software Bug

This app has a bug that causes a conflict between when a prescription refill can be requested and when it can actually be refilled at the pharmacy. The app says I can request a refill of diclofenac, but after I scheduled a pickup time and drove to the pharmacy, I was told that I should have pills on hand and would need to come back in two weeks.

Necessary Eye Drops

I’ve tried to get a refill. Says you will call Dr but it’s never refilled. I’m out of eye drops. What is wrong?

Pharmacy is not doing a good job.

I have to ask for my refills several times. I’m changing pharmacies.

Never have my meds. Always have to order them. Always a long line to pick up meds. Only good thing is SOME of the pharmacists are nice.

Bad Pharmacy Technology

The technology for the refilling and shipping and status updates and pharmacy communications for prescriptions is poor and lacking with no improvements. Do not trust this technology!!!

Don’t read prescriptions correctly or fill correctly. Should be reported to the state for disciplinary action

Just try to find where to logout. “logout” should be easily available at multiple places. Big FAIL on Applications 101 stuff.

Where is On Line Shopping ????

I spend WAY TOO MUCH TIME logging in & then FINDING the correct search screen for merchandise (Vitamins, Supplements…) it’s not worth it!!!

Can’t even refill a prescription on this app and can’t even see my prescription history….

Not worth it

I can literally NEVER SIGN IN! It always says I have the wrong information and then I request an email to confirm and then my email doesn’t exist.. it’s not worth it. Besides, my local store doesn’t have anything left…

ISSUES GETTING MY PRESCRIPTIONS

The pharmacy has only a few knowledgeable staff members. I have medications sent from my doctors office that are often overlooked when I pick up. I have been out of one of my medications for two months. My doctor says it has refills but the pharmacy says I have zero. My doctor has sent the medication over twice. I'm looking on the app now and the pharmacy doesn't have ALL of my prescriptions ready and there's ABSOLUTELY NO REASON FOR MY PRESCRIPTIONS NOT TO BE READY AS SENT BY MY PHYSICIAN!!!! The pharmacy blames my insurance company ALOT for them not filling my prescriptions ONTIME. My rite aid pharmacy used to be efficient, now it's like pulling teeth to get the SERVICE THAT I SHOULD!!!! PERIOD!!

Non operational app

Tried to renew a prescription that still has three refills remaining and the app will not accept my request because it says it is a duplicate request but will not process the order even though it is eligible.

I would like it much better if the app could let me know the dates I’m able to refill my prescriptions instead of me having to check every few days also when I manually refill an item it would be nice to know my request went through . The way it is now I have to go in to the pharmacy or call to make sure it will be filled .

Can’t log in

App updated and now can’t login. Enter user name and it times out.

This app does not work. It does not allow you to search for what you are looking for.

Keeps saying session timed out

Every time I use this app it says session timed out, as I’m thinking, even one minute into the session it says time out and won’t let me see or update anything. I’ve updated the app and still the same issue. Horrible and frustrating 👎🏼

App never works correctly

App does NOT send alerts when scripts are ready for pick so I have to call their overwhelmed pharmacy staff to ask about every script’s update for every medicine in my family. Insane.

pointless for shopping

absolutely no filters. ridiculously irrelevant results.

Doesn’t work

This app still doesn’t work. I’m unable to search products without being able to filter the results, some of which are thousands of items. You can only sort but who wants to sift through all those products? I’ve brought this up before but no improvements have been made. I like using the CVS app cause one can easily search, filter, apply coupons and purchase. Developers of the RiteAid app, please follow the CVS example. It’s a shame because I get my prescriptions at RiteAid but I don’t do other shopping there cause I can’t compare CVS to RiteAid prices or even know if items are sold or in stock at my local store.

Worst app ever!

It’s virtually impossible to refill any of my prescriptions. It asked for when was the date this prescription filled. Where are we supposed to findthis information? Especially for old prescriptions If we don’t have the bottle handy. I only have the numbers. There are endless loops that go nowhere. I continue to have to make trips to the pharmacy and stand in long lines, which can be unbearable, especially if you have a walking condition.

Doesn’t fill when requested

I have submitted requests to refill multiple times and it says that it was submitted but hours later it lets me submit again because it doesn’t actually work the first time and I took screenshots showing that it says it was submitted successfully

The application needs to give you more information when a refill pops up and then won’t submit.

In store pharmacy

Going into rite aid here in Greenfield ca to the pharmacy is terrible long lines most of the time is only 1 person on register! When you call in for info at this pharmacy the hang up on you or don’t answer! The shelf’s are always empty all over the store what is going on it was never like this I have lived here my whole life and it has never been this bad !

App never works

Can never refill by scan, doesn’t work. And my RXs that are refillable show not refillable. App is just as bad as the crappy Chatsworth store.

They never answer the phone and I set up a computer site but it doesn’t work. And every nickname I add is taken!

The site is terrible. I try to refill prescription. I could refill it 20 times over and over again and it never gives me a confirmation and it seems like the pharmacy doesn’t look at these refills at all I have to go in and physically ask them to another 24 hours.

Class 2 narcotics

Is there someway that we can text our refill for class two or substance control prescriptions? I don’t see why we can’t. It’s coming from my phone this way I don’t have to waste my minutes to call This would be an awesome convenience to me and others.

Cannot check appointments and cannot set preferred store

This app is worthless. I tried for 15 minutes to figure out how to get it to confirm my vaccine appointment with no luck. It just wants to push ads on me. Deleting.

Prescriptions refilled

Rite Aid takes a lengthy time filling prescriptions. They don’t communicate with you on when it’s gonna be there and part of the time and never gets refilled.

You have to submit multiple requests to get your prescription refilled it’s ridiculous and a waste of time.

Can only refill 1 out of 5

I’ve asked numerous times at the pharmacy why am I only able to check only one of my prescriptions and not the others. They’ve said repeatedly that it has to do with the app, or that they don’t know. I’ve emailed support and they tell me only the pharmacy attendants can help.

Where’s My Rx History?

Once the 12.3.0 version was launched, I lost all of my prescription information. Will this be corrected in the next release? Thanks!

Not Practical

The app itself will run smoothly but I use it primarily for Prescription tracking and it leaves a lot to be desired. There’s only a section for Refill History, things actively eligible for refill, and things ready to be picked up. It would really make the User experience simpler if I could see a simple list of active prescriptions and when they’ll be eligible for refill. The history tells me nothing if I don’t know if my request for 90 day fills has gone through. It’s also an ongoing list so I won’t know if I’m failing to refill anything if I have multiple to keep track of. There’s also no way to flag a prescription as inactive. My doctor introduced a new script which made 2 others irrelevant and I have no way to tell the pharmacy not to fill all 3. The pharmacy also has to go out of their way to order my scripts a lot and there’s no section for “Request has been submitted”, “this has been ordered for you” etc it’s only “This is the last time you picked it up.” Which is not helpful. The Prescription section of the app does not appeal to users who need it frequently.

Refills started being missing

Starting October,7/24 refills are missing on 3 prescriptions. Also, yesterday just picked up prescription, on pharmacy label there are 2 refills but in mobile application there is none. I reached to Rite Aid customer service and the only solution they offered is to delete my account and make up new one. This is not supposed to be happening. Also, I tried to delete my account myself in mobile application but there was no option. I hate hanging on the phone dealing with clueless employees. How do I resolve my issue: fix missing refills or delete my account and make up new one without CS’s help??? Alla Zilberman Update: I found how to delete my account and deleted. However, it didn’t resolve issues: my available refills are still missing. How do I fix the problems? PS. Today 11/14/24 and I can’t create account not sign in ( not sure if it was deleted!?). Inconsistent

This app is inconsistent regarding the remaining refills and the refills listed on the bottles. No matter what I do it always takes me three times to submit a refill request and I still end up calling the pharmacy. Also, this app, when it occasionally works, give a date and time when the prescriptions will be ready and they rarely are, I still end up calling pharmacy and they say that is next in line or it will be ready later that day or the next day. Why have an app that doesn’t preform? I hate calling the pharmacy and interrupting the staff as I know they are busy. Fix this app or hire more pharmacist!

The pharmacy app is horrible..I will go in a few Days before and submit refills and they never get refilled..even when it says ready to refill. I have ran out of medication a few times because it doesn’t go thru and then you try and call the pharmacy and no one ever answers the phone!

Refills

Submit refills by scanning. It tells me they will be ready later that day. Next day with no response I submit again. Told they will be ready later that day. I’ll see what happens.

Doesn't work

Tried to log in with both my prescription and my contact info but all it says is "your session has expired, try again" even after restarting and uninstalling the app. Why release an app that doesn't even work?
